Set in the Valle D'Itria, this spacious villa is the perfect holiday base for exploring the many hidden treasures of the Southern Region of Italy, Puglia. The hillside position commands a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the grounds provide plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet to be found here.
Accessibility
'Villa Bramasole' is suitable for wheelchair users and people with problems with mobility. The villa is set on one floor and would not hinder ones freedom of movement.
Outside
Surrounding the property is an acre of private land with three distinctly different areas. A mountain type area, mainly rock but with plenty of vegetation. A large flat area with fruit and pine trees and a terraced area with olive trees and steps built into the terracing.
Coast/Beach
It is only a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Adriatic, with blue flag sandy beaches and rocky coves.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
Towels, linen and cleaning are included. Cleaning at the beginning of stay and when you leave.

Booking Notes
Terms and Conditions of Rental
1. Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is due with the initial booking. Once the booking is confirmed in writing or by email, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Guests agree that the payment of the rental deposit will signify that they have read and accepted the terms of rental.
2. Final Payment
The full balance of 75 % of the total rental is payable six weeks prior to letting.
3. Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit of £200 is payable.
